Afghanistan: U.S. Soldier Killed in Special Forces Operation

In Afghanistan, a U.S. soldier has been killed and two others wounded
during a special forces operation in the southern province of Helmand.
The Pentagon says U.S. forces came under fire in the town of Marjah. A
U.S. helicopter reportedly crashed at the scene during a rescue attempt.
