Afghanistan: Taliban Attack in Kabul Kills 20 Police Officers

In Afghanistan, a Taliban suicide attack near a police complex in Kabul
has killed at least 20 police officers and wounded dozens more. It's the
latest in a growing string of Taliban attacks in the capital. This comes
as U.S. military officials confirm that Afghan soldier and police
casualties were up by nearly a third in 2015. U.S. military officials
are increasing pressure on the Obama administration to change its rules
to give U.S. forces a larger role in military operations in Afghanistan.
