ISIL Claims Bomb Attack in Syrian Capital for the 1st Time

In news from Syria, ISIL has claimed responsibility for a car bomb
attack in the capital Damascus, marking the first time it's claimed an
attack inside the Syrian capital. The Syrian Observatory for Human
Rights said eight police officers were killed and about 20 wounded in
the explosion, which hit a police officers' club.
