Donald Trump Taps Billionaire Corporate Raider as Regulatory Adviser

special adviser on regulatory reform. The 80-year-old Icahn is the 50th
richest man in the world. Beginning in 1985, he took over the airline
TWA and systematically stripped it of its assets.
