Jordan: 10 Killed in Attack on Police in Southern City of Karak

In Jordan, at least 10 people were killed in the southern city of Karak
Sunday, after armed men opened fire against Jordanian police officers
and took people hostage at a medieval castle Sunday. Jordanian officials
say seven police officers, two civilians and one Canadian tourist were
killed. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
