Hawaii: Obama Creates World's Largest Marine Reserve

President Barack Obama has expanded a national monument near the
Hawaiian islands, creating the world's largest marine reserve. The
designation quadruples the size of the protected habitat, making it more
than twice the size of Texas. The area is home to some 7,000 species.
