11 Dead in Louisiana Amid Historic Flooding

In Louisiana, at least 11 people have died as rescuers continue to
search for missing people amid historic flooding. More than 10,000
people have been forced to relocate to shelters, and President Barack
Obama has declared the area a federal disaster zone. More rain is in the
forecast for the region this week.
