Louisiana: 5 Dead; 20,000 Rescued in Historic Flooding

In Louisiana, at least five people have died and 20,000 people have been
rescued amid unprecedented flooding. Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards
declared a state of emergency over the weekend, calling the flooding
"historic." Water levels are expected to continue rising.
