Syria: ISIL Reportedly Kidnaps 170+ Cement Factory Workers

In Syria, activists say ISIL militants have kidnapped at least 170
cement factory workers in Damascus. Their whereabouts are unknown. This
comes as the United Nations has delayed the next round of Geneva peace
talks until April 11.
