Canadian PM Introduces Bill to Allow Doctor-Assisted Suicide
------------------------------------------------------------

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has introduced legislation to
legalize doctor-assisted suicides for people suffering from "serious and
incurable" diseases. The measure applies only to Canadian citizens and
residents. Assisted suicide is legal only in a handful of U.S. states.
