Philippines: Typhoon Koppu Kills 9; Tens of Thousands Evacuated

In the Philippines, tens of thousands of people have been evacuated and
at least nine have been killed by a powerful typhoon. Typhoon Koppu has
felled trees and cut off power. Officials fear the death toll could rise
as remote areas remain cut off by floodwaters and debris.
