Judge: Arkansas Must Disclose Suppliers of Lethal Injection Drugs

A judge has ordered the state of Arkansas to disclose its suppliers of
lethal injection drugs to attorneys for death row prisoners who are
challenging the state's execution secrecy law. The move comes amid
disclosures the pentobarbital Texas uses in executions may be expired.
