George H.W. Bush Criticizes Cheney and Rumsfeld over Response to 9/11

Former President George H.W. Bush has criticized former Vice President
Dick Cheney and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld over their
hawkish reaction to the September 11 attacks. In a forthcoming
biography, Bush is quoted as saying Rumsfeld was "an arrogant fellow"
and that Dick Cheney was "iron-ass." The biography, "Destiny and Power:
The American Odyssey of George Herbert Walker Bush," by Jon Meacham,
will be published next week.
