South Africa: Officers Arrested After Video Shows Man Shot on the Ground

In South Africa, four police officers have been arrested for murder
after video showed them shooting a suspected robber on the ground. CCTV
footage appears to show an officer shooting Khulekani Mpanza at close
range after he drops his gun and falls to the ground. Another officer
then kicks Mpanza. The officers were arrested after media outlets
published the footage.
