Netanyahu Retracts Claim Hitler Was Inspired by Palestinian Cleric

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has retracted his claim a
Palestinian cleric gave Hitler the idea to exterminate European Jews.
Following international condemnation, including from Israeli historians,
Netanyahu conceded in a Facebook post, "The decision to move from a
policy of deporting Jews to the Final Solution was made by the Nazis and
was not dependent on outside influence."
