Georgia: Black Man Found Hanging from Tree

An African-American man has been found hanging from a tree in the rural
town of Greensboro, Georgia. The man, Roosevelt Champion III, had been
questioned last week in connection with the murder of a white woman, but
had not been charged. Authorities say there is "nothing to suggest any
foul play" in his death, but they are continuing to investigate.
