Syria: U.S.-Led Strike on Oil Refinery Kills 30

A U.S.-led airstrike has reportedly hit an oil refinery held by the
Islamic State in Syria, sparking a massive fireball. The Britain-based
Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports about 30 people have been
killed.
