Bangladesh: 2nd Secular Blogger Hacked to Death

In Bangladesh, a secular blogger has been hacked to death with machetes
in the second such killing in just over a month. Two students have been
arrested for killing Oyasiqur Rhaman over his criticism of Islam. Rhaman
had expressed solidarity with Avijit Roy, another secular blogger killed
last month, posting, "I am Avijit," on social media.
