Syria: U.S.-Backed Rebel Group Dissolves

In Syria, a key U.S.-backed rebel group has collapsed after a series of
defeats by an al-Qaeda affiliate. Harakat Hazm, favored by the United
States as a moderate group and armed with U.S. anti-tank missiles, has
now allied itself with the Islamist Shamiah Front.
