Border Patrol Agent Fatally Shoots Man in Washington State

A U.S. Border Patrol agent in Washington state has shot and killed a man
suspected of crossing into the United States from Canada illegally.
According to local reports, the agent opened fire after he was attacked
with pepper spray.
