Utah Lawmakers Back Firing Squads If Lethal Injections Ruled Out

Lawmakers in Utah have approved a measure that would reintroduce the
firing squad if lethal injections are unavailable for state executions.
Utah Gov. Gary Herbert says he has not yet decided whether he will sign
the bill into law.
