Internal Affairs Probe Clears Madison Officer Who Killed Unarmed Teen

A Madison, Wisconsin, police officer will not face internal discipline
for fatally shooting an unarmed African-American teenager. Tony Robinson
was shot dead in March after Officer Matt Kenny forced his way into an
apartment following a "disturbance." Kenny says Robinson attacked him
upon his entry. Prosecutors declined to charge Kenny last month. On
Wednesday, police said he has also been cleared by the Madison Police
Department's Internal Affairs unit.
