Pakistan: Heat Wave Kills At Least 140

In Pakistan, a heat wave has killed at least 140 people in Karachi and
the surrounding province of Sindh. Temperatures have soared as high as
113 degrees Fahrenheit in Karachi, Pakistan's largest city.
