Taliban Names New Leader After Confirming Mullah Omar's Death

In news from Pakistan, the Taliban has reportedly named Akhtar Mohammad
Mansour to be the group's de facto leader after confirming reports of
former leader Mullah Omar's death. The leadership shake-up has led to a
delay in the peace talks between the Taliban and the Afghan government.
