Ohio: Officer Kills Black Man After Stop for Missing License Plate

In Ohio, a University of Cincinnati police officer fatally shot an
African-American man after pulling him over for a missing license plate.
University police say Officer Ray Tensing shot Samuel Dubose in the head
Sunday following a struggle, after Dubose refused to produce a driver's
