Senegal: Trial of Former Chadian Dictator Hissène Habré Postponed

In breaking news from Senegal, the trial of Chadian former dictator
Hissène Habré has been postponed until September 7 after Habré's
lawyers did not show up to court for the second day of trial. Habré has
been charged with crimes against humanity, war crimes and torture
related to his eight-year reign in Chad during the 1980s. We'll have
more on this story later in the show.
