Alabama: Black Man Dies After Being Pepper-Sprayed by Police

In Tuscaloosa, Alabama, an African-American man has died after being
pepper-sprayed by police. Police say they responded to a report
35-year-old Anthony Ware was sitting on a porch with a gun. They say
they chased Ware into the woods, where they claim he resisted arrest and
was pepper-sprayed and placed in handcuffs. Ware collapsed and was later
pronounced dead. His death is under investigation.
