Republican-Led Senate Approves Keystone XL Pipeline

On Capitol Hill, the Republican-led Senate has passed a bill to approve
the Keystone XL oil pipeline. The Senate bill passed 62 to 36, five
votes short of the number needed to overturn a potential veto by
President Obama.
