Donetsk Bus Blast Kills 13 as Ukrainian Forces Retreat from Airport

In eastern Ukraine, a mortar blast on board a bus has killed up to 13
people in the pro-Russian rebel stronghold of Donetsk. Each side in the
conflict has accused the other. The bombing comes after Ukrainian forces
announced they had surrendered the Donetsk airport to the rebels.
