Islamic State Fighters Kill Kurdish Forces in Surprise Attack

This weekend, Islamic State fighters killed at least 24 members of the
Kurdish security forces in a surprise ambush in northern Iraq. Hundreds
of fighters from both sides have died in fighting since the summer.
