Health Insurance Firm Anthem Reports Massive Data Breach

The health insurance company Anthem has reported what may be the largest
data breach of a healthcare firm to date. Anthem says hackers managed to
penetrate a database with up to 80 million customer records, accessing
personal data like names, birthdays, addresses and income information.
