Islamic State Claims Suicide Attack that Kills Dozens in Libya

The Islamic State has taken responsibility for a suicide attack that
killed at least 40 people and wounded dozens more in Libya. Friday's
bombing in the town of Quba came days after Egypt launched strikes on
the ISIS affiliate in northern Libya following the beheadings of 21
Egyptian nationals.
