Judge Blocks Obama's Executive Actions on Immigration

A federal judge in Texas has blocked President Obama's executive actions
on immigration. In November, Obama outlined programs aimed at providing
relief from deportation to as many as five million people. But Texas and
25 other states sued to oppose the measures. Two days before the first
of the programs was due to start taking applications, Judge Andrew Hanen
blocked them.
