Boko Haram Attacks Towns in Niger, Cameroon

In Niger, lawmakers have voted to send troops to fight the Nigeria-based
militant group Boko Haram. The decision came after Boko Haram set off a
deadly explosion in the Niger town of Diffa. The group also attacked
three towns in Cameroon, kidnapping more than 30 people, including 20
who were on board a bus.
