Iraqi Military Says It Has "Liberated" Ramadi

The Iraqi military says it has "liberated" the city of Ramadi from the
self-proclaimed Islamic State. ISIS seized Ramadi in May, marking a
humiliating defeat for the Iraqi army. For weeks, Iraqi forces backed by
U.S.-led airstrikes have sought to retake Ramadi.
