Air Pollution Shutters Schools in Tehran, Factories in Beijing

In Iran, authorities have shuttered all schools and kindergartens in the
capital Tehran for two days due to dangerous levels of air pollution.
The move comes as authorities in Beijing, China, ordered thousands of
factories to suspend or curb production amid a "red alert" over smog.
