Commander Glenn Evans said he chased the man, Ricky Williams, because he saw a gun in his hand. Commander Evans was accused of holding a Taser to Williams' groin, shoving his gun in Williams' mouth and threatening to kill him if he didn't reveal the gun's location. The judge acquitted Evans, after questioning Williams' reliability. .
