Spain: Court Suspends Referendum on Catalan Independence

Spain's constitutional court has suspended a referendum on independence
for the region of Catalonia. Hundreds of thousands have taken to the
streets in Barcelona to support the referendum planned for November. The
court has suspended all campaigning while it considers the Spanish
government's opposition.
