Landmark Suit Filed over Transgender Rights in Workplace

A federal agency has filed a landmark series of lawsuits over
discrimination against transgender people in the workplace. The Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission has accused businesses in Florida and
Michigan of illegally firing transgender workers. It is the first time
the agency has sued over discrimination against transgender people.
