Judge: Police in Ferguson Violated Protesters' Constitutional Rights

A federal judge has ruled police in Ferguson, Missouri, violated the
Constitution when responding to protests over the fatal police shooting
of 18-year-old African American Michael Brown. The case concerned the
police practice of forcing protesters to remain in constant motion,
telling them they were not allowed to stand still or that they were
walking too slowly.
