Hungary Backs Down on Internet Usage Tax After Mass Protests

Hungary has canceled plans to tax Internet use after tens of thousands
took to the streets in protest. Mass demonstrations began Sunday when
protesters flung computer parts at the headquarters of Hungary's ruling
