Report: Foreign Fighters Flock to Iraq, Syria on "Unprecedented Scale"

The United Nations is warning foreign fighters are flocking to militant
groups in Iraq and Syria on an "unprecedented scale." A U.N. report
obtained by The Guardian finds 15,000 people from more than 80 countries
are fighting alongside the Islamic State and similar groups.
