3 American Siblings Found Dead in Mexico; Police Questioned

Three American siblings who went missing in the Mexican state Tamaulipas
of nearly three weeks ago have been confirmed dead after their bodies
were identified. Witnesses reported seeing the victims being abused and
then seized by members of a local police unit called Hercules, which
provides security to officials in the city of Matamoros.
