Oklahoma Abortion Provider Challenges Admitting Privileges Law

In Oklahoma, one of just three abortion providers in the state is
challenging a law requiring providers to obtain admitting privileges at
a local hospital. Dr. Larry Burns says he has been unable to obtain
privileges at any of 16 nearby hospitals after many refused to even
process his application.
