21 Killed in Baghdad Suicide Attack; Iraqi Forces Seek to Retake Baiji

At least 21 people have been killed and 35 wounded in a suicide bombing
in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad. It was the latest in a string of
attacks blamed on Islamic State. It comes as the Iraqi government has
launched an offensive to retake the city of Baiji.
