Obama Admin to Seek Congressional Authorization for Syria, Iraq Campaign

President Obama has announced he will finally seek congressional
authorization for his military campaign against the Islamic State in
Syria and Iraq. Also at the top of the congressional agenda is a new
budget measure to avoid a government shutdown next month.
