Oil Firms Halliburton, Baker Hughes to Merge in $34.6 Billion Deal

Halliburton has agreed to buy Baker Hughes in a $34.6 billion deal that
will see the two major oil companies merge. The new company will keep
the name Halliburton and be led by current Halliburton CEO David Lesar.
