Across Europe, parties skeptical of the EU on both sides of the spectrum surged to more than double their representation. In Greece, opposition leader Alexis Tsipras announced a victory by the left-wing, anti-bailout Syriza party. Alexis Tsipras: "This is a historical day for our people.
