Spanish Journalists Freed by Al-Qaeda Rebels in Syria 
------------------------------------------------------


 
Two journalists have returned home to Spain after more than six months
of captivity in Syria. Javier Espinosa and Ricardo García Vilanova were
seized by al-Qaeda-linked rebels near the border with Turkey in
September. Details on how the pair were released are being kept under
wraps. For journalists in Syria, there are at least nine foreigners and
10 Syrians still missing.
