Death Toll from Venezuela Protests Rises to 17

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro is facing a new round of protests
against his government. Despite the Carnival of Brazil holiday,
thousands of opposition protesters marched and then clashed with police
Sunday in the capital Caracas. At least 17 people have died in
Venezuela's worst unrest for a decade.
